Studio One Fitness is a premiere exercise studio located in Sparta, NJ that takes fitness to a new level. No longer will clients feel like a needle lost in a haystack in a large facility with no attention and the possibility of going unnoticed. Rather each member and their specific needs are accounted for on a weekly basis. This allows the client to be more dedicated, consistent, and their progress tracked by our staff to assist the member in reaching their goals. The instructors we hire are multi-certified, highly educated, and must work towards continuing educational credits in order to maintain their position. Our equipment is and will always be of the highest quality and on the cutting edge of the fitness industry. We are a full-service studio capable of meeting a client's personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and nutrition needs.
